Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping & Delivery:

  • Turnaround Time:
    Local Pickup and Local Delivery: Orders are ready within 24 hours
    Shipping: Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours of processing.
     

  • Shipping Locations: We will be shipping across the United States.

Carriers:
We use USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL for shipping.

 

International Shipping:
Currently, we only offer shipping within the US.

In case of delays or missing orders

Smokey & Moo's Treats  will do its best to help locate any late or missing orders. However, we are not responsible for a shipment once it has been marked as delivered and contains proof of delivery by UPS, USPS, or FEDEX. We will always rely on our tracking information in order to provide the most accurate data about your shipment. In order to combat fraud, we cannot be held liable for orders once they have been marked as delivered, and the address shown is the same address used to place the order on our website. 

We can work with you and the post office in order to help locate any missing order. 

 

Return and Refund:

  • Damaged Items:
    If your products arrive damaged, with packaging broken open and the product exposed, please email proof of damage to info@smokeyandmoostreats.com. We will either replace the damaged items or issue a credit to your account. Refunds and replacements are at the discretion of Smokey & Moo's Treats, and we are committed to working with you to resolve any issues.
     

  • Returns:

    • Returned items must be unopened, unchewed, and unaltered.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    • A $4 restocking fee will be applied to returned items.
