How Smokey & Moo’s Chews Are Made – Step by Step

Immediate Processing for Freshness
Once the raw materials arrive, processing begins right away to preserve freshness and prevent contamination. Timing is critical to maintaining a safe, high-quality chew.
Thorough Cleaning & Quality Control
Each chew goes through a multi-step cleaning process, including:
- High-pressure water cleaning to remove impurities
- Additional cleaning after fleshing
- Hands-on inspection for quality control
Every piece is carefully checked to meet our strict safety and consistency standards.

After cleaning, chews are cut into precise sizes and shapes to ensure:
