Our Manufacturing Process

From start to finish, quality control is our top priority. Here’s how we ensure every treat meets our rigorous standards:

• Ingredient Selection: We only use high-quality ingredients, carefully chosen for their nutritional benefits.

• Strict Cleanliness Protocols: Our manufacturing area is meticulously cleaned and disinfected between each ingredient to prevent cross-contamination. Each ingredient has its own dedicated cutting board, and our team follows strict hygiene practices, including frequent hand washing and glove changes.

• Ingredient Storage: All ingredients are stored in refrigerators or freezers until ready for use, ensuring they stay fresh and safe.

• Drying Process: We handle only one ingredient at a time during the drying process, ensuring each treat is pure and free from contamination.

Packaging and Freshness

Once the treats are ready, they are carefully packed into smaller, shelf-stable bags. To maintain freshness, each package is sealed with a 300-400cc oxygen absorber, well above the recommended size. Every package is clearly labeled with a date and stored until ready for use.
